These competition terms and conditions apply to prize draws organized by Sweepie (“Sweepie,” “we,” “us,” “our”) through our digital platforms, including but not limited to landing pages, third-party integrations, and social media. The terms apply to all individuals who voluntarily submit their information to participate in any of our campaigns. Participation constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
1. About Sweepie and the Purpose of Our Prize Draws
Sweepie organizes free prize draws in collaboration with selected sponsors. The purpose is to give participants the chance to win attractive prizes while being introduced to offers and services from our partners.
By registering to participate, you may choose to consent to receive marketing communications from us and up to four selected partners based on your interests. We strive to ensure that every campaign is transparent, fair, and easily accessible.
Each prize draw generally runs for a calendar year and includes monthly drawings unless otherwise stated on the campaign page.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Requirements
To participate, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be a resident of the United Kingdom (or another specified region)
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
- Provide accurate and truthful information, including full name, phone number, and email address
- Register under your own name (not using an alias or pseudonym)
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- Employees or partners of Sweepie or its sponsors
- Immediate family members or persons in the same household
- Individuals who have previously been blocked or disqualified from Sweepie campaigns
2.2 Disqualification
Sweepie reserves the right to disqualify or block participants without prior notice if:
- You attempt to manipulate participation, the system, or the campaign process
- You exhibit threatening, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward staff, partners, or other participants
- We detect suspicious, fraudulent, or non-compliant behavior
3. How to Participate
3.1 Registration
You can only participate by completing a digital registration form, which may be available through:
- Sweepie’s official website
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Partner landing pages or survey tools
You may consent to marketing during registration. This is entirely optional and does not affect your chances of winning.
3.2 Confirmation & Opt-in
You may receive a confirmation email containing a link (double opt-in). Clicking this link confirms your interest, but it is not required for participation in the draw.
3.3 Deadline for Participation
Each campaign specifies a final date for participation on its campaign page. No entries will be accepted after this date.
3.4 No Purchase Necessary
Participation is completely free and is not influenced by:
- Whether you purchase a product or service
- Whether you complete surveys or other campaigns
- Whether you provide or withdraw consent for marketing
4. Prizes and Winners
4.1 Selection and Contact
- One or more winners will be selected within four (4) weeks of the campaign’s end
- Winners are chosen at random from all valid entries
- Winners may be contacted via email or phone
- Sweepie may require identity verification before awarding a prize
4.2 Types of Prizes
Prizes vary between campaigns and may include gift cards, tech products, cash amounts, or experiences. If a prize consists of multiple gift cards, they may be combined.
4.3 Prize Delivery
- Physical prizes are shipped to the winner free of charge
- Cash prizes are sent via bank transfer or check
- The winner is responsible for any taxes or fees
4.4 Forfeiture of Prize
Sweepie may forfeit a prize if:
- The winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification
- Delivery of the prize fails after several attempts
- Contact details are incorrect or misleading
If a prize is forfeited, a new winner will be selected. Prizes may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Withdrawal and Modifications
Both participants and Sweepie may withdraw participation or revoke consent at any time without penalty.
Participants may also:
- Withdraw their consent for marketing
- Request deletion or restriction of their data
- Modify their consent settings
Sweepie reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the campaign in the event of technical issues, force majeure, or suspected misuse. Changes may be made without prior notice if required to ensure fair participation.
6. Right to Object and Data Usage
You have the right to:
- Object to the use of your data for marketing purposes
- Withdraw previously given consent at any time
Requests can be sent free of charge via email or post. We handle such requests without undue delay.
Note: Withdrawal of consent does not always result in deletion of your data. If there is a legal basis for continued storage, your data may be retained in a suppression list in accordance with Article 17.3 of the GDPR.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
By participating, you also accept Sweepie’s Privacy Policy, which clearly explains how your personal data is collected, stored, and processed. Sweepie complies with all applicable GDPR regulations.
8. Validity and Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain unaffected. The invalid clause shall be replaced with a valid formulation that best reflects the original intent.
9. Links to Third-Party Sites
Sweepie’s website may contain links to external websites and resources. These are provided for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for any content or damages resulting from the use of external sites.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by laws in The United Kingdom, excluding its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, your national consumer protection laws providing stronger rights will also apply..
11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform:

Sweepie is neither obligated nor willing to participate in formal dispute resolution through a consumer arbitration board. If you contact us via the platform, we may choose to respond directly outside of it.
